Our specialised service department, with technically trained personnel, offers not only system repairs, but also testing and putting sprinkler systems into operation, operator training and carrying out inspections of operational functionality according to Decree No. 246/2001, in compliance with ČSN EN 12845, the manufacturer’s instructions and the requirements of insurance companies.
In the area of servicing, our team of professional personnel, regularly trained by the system component manufacturers, is available to clients. Also available are quick ad-hoc service calls (5 service call points within the Czech Republic and Slovakia) and a non-stop, 24/7 client centre (including weekends and public holidays) for operational handling of emergency problems.
All defects and protocols of scheduled inspections of your fire sprinkler system are managed by a modern information system which allows optimal planning of service calls and which provides the technicians in the field with all the required information concerning the system components, its parameters and the service call history via a mobile PDA.
Besides this, we see as a guarantee of the credibility of our company not only the backing of a powerful multinational group, but also the fact that all our activities are conducted within the specification of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and are covered by an adequate sum of liability insurance.
